Non faulty goods will only be accepted if they are returned unworn and in the original packing, if you wish to return your purchase please e-mail us first to obtain a returns reference number and full returns address
We recommend that you use recorded delivery for any returns

Fancy Dress Code does not disclose buyer’s information to any third parties. Online payment can be made using your credit card, and the transaction is processed by PayPal. If paying from your PayPal account the payment is cleared straight away
We do not store credit card details, nor pass them on to third parties. Customer credit card details are processed by PayPal. Credit Card details taken over the phone are entered onto PayPal Virtual Terminal while the customer is on the phone, and Credit Card details entered onto the site by the customer are directly processed by PayPal. Either way, Fancy Dress Code does not hold any records of customer Credit Card details.
Customer address, email address and telephone numbers are solely used to process the order and are securely stored in our records in case we need your details in the future, to assist a returns issue. These details are not passed onto any third party, apart from our couriers, in order that your product can be delivered.
The website is protected by the latest 256-Bit Encryption Software, meaning entering your credit card details on this site is safe, and can not be intercepted by third parties.

What should I do if I have bought the wrong size?
You should contact us immediately by e-mail and follow our returns policy. Size guides are given for all our costumes so please check carefully before purchasing.
